The customer service was frustrating. It was raining heavily, and instead of helping me relatively shortly, he refused to assist, costing me an extra $44 for my mistake. I left feeling disappointed and stressed out.

The location was favourable, in the middle of jackson. I got a newly remodelled and great-sized room with a refrigerator...

It was a great affordable and hospitable hotel in a new area, close enough to Knoxville and many good restaurants. All the staff was nice, resolved my issues. The location was marvellous and cool - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go.

I had a solid stay with wonderfully clean rooms and a comfy king bed, but the breakfast options were lacking. I'd consider staying again for the price.

A Nice Family Getaway

We had a fantastic four-night stay! The lovely mountain views from our balcony were amazing. The comfortable beds and modern furnishings. Don't miss the nearby restaurants. They serve delicious meals. Make sure to explore the hiking trails. They're only a short drive away!

Family vacation at a decent spot

I was kinda surprised when we walked into our room and saw everything was really clean and well organized. The lady at check-in was super nice, rare these days, and it reminded me of a small win after a long drive.

It was a bit pricey for what we got, not exactly a steal but still acceptable.

I arrived at this Red Roof Inn after my car broke down. The motel had a fair price, and I was kinda surprised by how clean my non-smoking room was. The bathroom was also sparkling, with brand new towels. The staff was friendly and professional. I felt safe as a solo traveler, but there was a bit of noise from the road, especially in the front room. A complimentary breakfast with make-your-own waffles was a pleasant surprise, too. The location could definitely use some cleanup as there was garbage outside, and the one night I stayed, I heard multiple loud noises that sounded like gunfire. Luckily, nothing happened, but it was unsettling.

The room was very clean and had a cozy corner that was perfect. The breakfast spread was good with delicious waffles and a variety of cereals. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, nice for a restful night's sleep. The staff was friendly to our needs.

The location was quiet and conveniently close to the interstate. Parking right at the room's entrance was a huge plus, especially on a rainy night. The room was impressively clean and appeared newly renovated, with lovely wood floors and comfortable furnishings. Towels could be larger, and I missed having a hair dryer. A continental breakfast was offered, but the selection was limited and didn't cater to my preferences.

This place has a great location right in the middle of town and the double room was clean and well-equipped.

Pleasant venue employees all round. - Neat, nicely furnished rooms with a coffee table, microwave, and large desk. - Good location, within walking distance of everywhere. - Fast check-in process and fair prices. - A wonderful stay for one night.

Room had everything you need - air conditioning, a big TV with lots of channels, and a microwave. 📺 Loved that! Plus, you can't beat the location right in the heart of town.
